The College realises that the University procedures for access/submission of students study plans is a very slow one. The procedure is enabled from November 11th for a number of Courses or even in December for others. This is clearly an area in which the University needs to improve.
The College would like to thank the many students who have already submitted their study plans and the many students who have written explaining that their plans are delayed by the University time table. These students may submit their plans as soon as they are able to do so. Notwithstanding the delays, College hopes to have, before the Christmas break, a full layout of the academic work of the members of Volta for the academic year 2014/15.
The College is also pleased to see that a number of students have table a strong exam list at the end of semester 1. This is a strategy that College strongly encourages in order to avoid a credit gap in the summer and College would like to thank the Volta Junior Tutors for their contribution in guiding the academic progress of College freshers.
